Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Shipping is available only within India.
Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at japnam.shop@gmail.com with your order ID and issue description.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Exchanges are only provided for valid damaged product cases.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within the same day of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
